Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to 50+ countries worldwide via FedEx, DHL, or EMS. Your shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees vary by destination. Our current international rates are:

  • Japan — Free shipping
  • Asia — ¥6,500
  • Outside Asia — ¥9,500

The shipping fee for your address will appear at checkout before you finalize your order.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 1 PM JST, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day.

How long will delivery take?

Most international orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the region and customs clearance.

How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

Due to the unique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details prior to purchase. Please note that slight variations in measurements and color may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and manual measuring.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. Since each vintage item is one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not possible.

Will I be charged import duties or taxes?

Yes. Import duties and taxes vary by country and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Yes — 100% authentic. Every item undergoes a multi-step authentication process conducted by experienced professionals. We carefully verify materials, stitching, engraving, hardware, date codes, and cross-check against our internal reference library prior to listing.

If any item is proven to be non-authentic with official third-party documentation, we will fully support resolution in accordance with our policies.

Where do you source your products?

Our specialists source rare and unique vintage pieces primarily from Japan’s exclusive auctions, private sellers, and trusted luxury dealers, where the vintage market is known for exceptional quality and preservation.

While Japan is our main sourcing hub, we also acquire select pieces from reputable partners and collectors around the world, ensuring a diverse and carefully curated collection.

Do vintage items come with boxes or dust bags?

Not always. Vintage pieces often lose original packaging over time. If accessories are included, they will be shown clearly in the product photos and description.

Do items show wear or age?

Yes, vintage items display signs of use. We provide detailed photos and condition notes. If you need more details or additional images, feel free to contact us.

Can I view items in person?

Some items may be available for viewing in Tokyo. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
